Advised by Campbell Lutyens, the deal entails BCI making a strategic minority investment to bolster Three Hills' long-term corporate growth and development. Three Hills, founded in 2013, has executed a successful growth strategy, highlighted by the expansion of its investment verticals and the accomplishment of its largest fund-raising event in the core Capital Solutions strategy. With the deal expected to close in 2025, Three Hills plans to leverage BCI's investment to fortify its balance sheet capacity and fund new strategic initiatives, ensuring majority ownership and operational independence under the continued leadership of CEO Mauro Moretti and CFO Leks de Boer.
