The acquisition was carried out through the Oltre III fund and will bring these two companies under the umbrella of a new Sustainability Platform, centralizing production, logistics, commercial, and administrative functions while allowing the brands to retain creative product development and communication. Legal assistance for Oltre Impact was provided by Di Tanno associati, with a team led by partner Marco Sandoli.
