The acquisition marks Gimv's strategic move to leverage its capital towards expanding TSF’s market reach across Europe. By acquiring the stake from Gilde Equity Management and Davy De Muyer, and with management reinvestment, Gimv and TSF aim to accelerate international expansion through both organic growth and selective buy-and-build strategies.
