Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Teylor AG, a Switzerland-based financing platform, on its strategic acquisition of Grenke AG's factoring business. The deal initiates Teylor's phased acquisition of factoring companies from Grenke across Germany, the UK, Ireland, Poland, and Hungary, with plans to eventually integrate entities in Italy and Portugal by mid-2026. This move is part of Teylor's broader strategy to deepen its market penetration and become Europe's foremost SME lending platform. However, the acquisition still requires regulatory approval in Germany and Hungary.
