Textile Solutions Group (TSG), backed by Elvaston, a German private equity firm, has acquired Limonta Informatica, an Italian company specializing in ERP software for the textile industry. The acquisition aims to boost TSG's international presence and market share in Italy through enhanced product synergies. Ughi e Nunziante served as the legal advisor for TSG on matters of Italian law, while Morrison Foerster and Grant Thornton provided support on German legal, accounting, and tax matters, respectively.
