This transformative project is a core part of TCU's strategic plan to expand and enhance student housing and community facilities under their LEAD ON: Values in Action initiative. Designed to create an urban village atmosphere, the first phase of the development, called 'Morado on Berry,' will include luxury apartment-style housing with 780 beds and 25,000 square feet of retail space. This project reflects a commitment to creating an integrated environment that enhances academic, social, and personal development for students. Architectural plans are designed by RAMSA and Lake|Flato with construction led by The Beck Group and OHT Partners. Endeavor aims to enrich the Berry Street corridor with curated retail experiences.
