The acquisition, officially completed on April 30, 2025, for $30 million with an additional $15 million in contingent earnout consideration, aims to bolster Teladoc's BetterHelp segment by integrating UpLift's services and allowing consumers to leverage insurance benefits for mental healthcare. Providing access to over 100 million lives with its robust network of 1,500 mental health professionals, UpLift will maintain its leadership under existing CEO Kyle Talcott.
