Tekman Announces New Phase with Impact Partners, Inveready, and Generali

Miura Partners, a private equity firm, has exited its investment in Tekman Education by selling its stake to Impact Partners, Inveready, and Generali. The transaction comes after years of substantial growth and expansion by Tekman, a company specializing in innovative educational programs for K-12 students. Since Miura's entry in 2016, Tekman has expanded its reach from less than 1,000 to over 2,400 schools across Spain and Latin America, with revenue increasing from €7 million to over €22 million. The founding team remains invested and continues to lead Tekman, with new partners aiming to further consolidate Tekman's leadership in Spain and expand growth in Latin America. Tekman's growth has been driven by the development of innovative programs and strategic acquisitions, such as that of Didacta+.
