This strategic acquisition enables Teamsystem to integrate ClicData's advanced data analytics platform into its existing offerings, enhancing business intelligence capabilities for its 2.5 million clients, mainly composed of SMEs. The acquisition marks Teamsystem's second in a month, following its purchase of assets from Multidialogo. Advisory roles for the transaction were played by Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer, Ernst & Young, Rothschild, KPMG, and DTMV Avocats. ClicData's platform supports over 500 clients in Europe and North America, generating a revenue of approximately €3.4 million with a team of more than 20 employees.
