Paul Hastings LLP has successfully advised a syndicate of initial purchasers in a significant €1.75 billion high-yield note offering by TeamSystem S.p.A. This offering includes €1.25 billion in senior secured floating rate notes due in 2032 and €500 million in senior secured fixed rate notes due in 2031. This financing package is further strengthened by an upsized €350 million revolving credit facility and the issuance of €350 million in senior floating rate pay-if-you-want PIK toggle notes due 2033.
