Italian tech company TeamSystem has successfully acquired the entire share capital of Multifatture, Brainware, and Millesimo from Multidialogo and Netbuilder. These software houses specialize in developing innovative solutions for condominium administrators. Legal assistance for TeamSystem was provided by law firm Pavia e Ansaldo, with a multidisciplinary team led by partners Mia Rinetti and Paola Carlotti. Francesco Vitella handled labor and union matters, while Gabriele Girardello and Daniele Forcella managed intellectual property issues. The in-house M&A legal team was led by Antonella Camilli and Preshan Hettiarachchige. Law firm Studio Previti represented the selling companies, Multidialogo and Netbuilder, with a team led by managing partner Stefano Previti.
