Tarmeez Capital, a burgeoning player in Saudi Arabia's fintech landscape, has caught the eye of stc Group's venture arm, Tali Ventures, which has strategically invested in the firm. Known for its innovative approach to Sharia-compliant sukuk and debt instruments, Tarmeez Capital has facilitated over SAR 2 billion in financing, significantly boosting access to capital for both institutional and retail investors. Supported by the regulatory framework of the Capital Market Authority, Tarmeez Capital's use of technology accelerates the issuance process, making it seven times faster than traditional methods. This investment from stc Group underscores its strategy to support high-growth digital platforms contributing to Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Notably, this partnership enables Tarmeez Capital to expand its offerings, strengthen its market position, and support critical infrastructure projects through its digital sukuk model. The collaboration aims to position Tarmeez Capital as a key player in reaching SAR 954 billion in sukuk and debt market expansion by 2030.
