Tanmiah Expands With New Production Facility Acquisition

Tanmiah Food Company, a leading provider of poultry products in the Middle East, announced plans to further its strategic expansion with the acquisition of a new primary processing facility for SAR 143 million. The acquisition aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals, aiming to enhance food security and self-sufficiency. The new facility, a state-of-the-art plant, is expected to begin operations in early 2025 and initially produce 37 million birds annually, with planned upgrades to increase capacity to 56 million birds. The expansion supports Tanmiah’s growth strategy, responding to rising demand for its chicken products across the Gulf region. Aside from boosting production capacity, the facility underscores Tanmiah's commitment to sustainability with advanced waste management and plans for tree plantation using treated water from the plant.
