This funding is aimed at advancing the company's Interlace platform, which focuses on the early detection of colorectal cancer through disease-associated DNA biomarker discovery. The project, totaling £1.2 million, also includes Tagomics' own financial contribution. The study, led by Dr. Arash Assadsangabi in collaboration with Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and the Northern Care Alliance Research Collection, aims to profile 250 patients and validate biomarker efficacy.
