Israeli companies Tadiran Group and Volta Solar have entered into a joint venture to tap into the Spanish renewable energy sector, specifically targeting the solar self-consumption market. This collaboration seeks to benefit from both companies' expertise and know-how in the field. Involved in various industrial solar self-consumption projects, the newly formed Spanish entity is set to engage in Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contracts.
