Symfonia, a company striving to establish a robust foothold in the public sector, has recently acquired Nefeni, an IT solutions provider headquartered in Poland. The deal was counselled by BCGL and Dotlaw for Symfonia, while WBW Weremczuk Bobel and Partners advised the selling party. Nefeni is recognized for its advanced systems, which support 25% of local governments across Poland, offering Symfonia a significant opportunity to enhance its presence in the public sector. Furthermore, BCGL, Symfonia's legal advisor, has aided the company in several strategic acquisitions over recent years, such as eDokumenty, MoreBIT, and Reset2, underscoring Symfonia's aggressive acquisition strategy aimed at strengthening its market position.
