Strategy& Appoints Kaden-Botha and Reitmann as Partners in Germany

Global strategy consulting firm Strategy& has strengthened its Deals practice in Germany with the appointment of Juliane Kaden-Botha and Alexander Reitmann as partners. Kaden-Botha brings over two decades of expertise in strategy, corporate finance, and transaction advisory services, with a focus on commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, post-merger integration, and business transformation. She works predominantly within the technology, retail, and consumer sectors. Prior to joining Strategy&, she was involved in executing M&A transactions at PwC and held leadership roles at an international strategy consulting firm and a private equity firm in the U.S. Reitmann brings expertise in commercial due diligence, growth and investment strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and transformation programs, primarily servicing private equity clients. His experience includes roles at goetzpartners and PwC's Deal Advisory team. Their appointments highlight Strategy&'s commitment to enhancing its advisory capabilities for corporate and private equity clients within key sectors such as technology, business services, and industrial goods.
