This capital injection supports PDG in strengthening its role as a leading provider of hyperscale infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region. The partnership with Stonepeak and the ongoing support from Warburg Pincus, Ontario Teachers Pension Plan, and Mubadala enables PDG to pursue growth through greenfield developments and mergers and acquisitions. This marks Stonepeak's third data center investment in Asia Pacific, enhancing its global data center portfolio with over 2.5 GW of capacity under management or development.
