This structure merges the documentary standards of classic syndicated financing with the flexibility of bilateral credit agreements, addressing seasonal fluctuations in working capital management. At its core is a Common Terms Agreement unifying regulations between STIHL and participating banks through standardised documentation. This facilitates individual bilateral loan agreements with streamlined terms. Notably, STIHL arranged the transaction independently, using the digital platform vc trade for seamless contractual processing. This new financing model removes the traditional agent role, with STIHL's treasury managing the relationships.
