The acquisition aims to enhance Stifel's European capabilities by leveraging Bryan Garnier's sector expertise and aligning it with Stifel’s strategic goals. This partnership is expected to foster long-term growth and create a transatlantic advisory platform. Bryan Garnier, established in 1996, provides a variety of services, including M&A advisory and equity capital markets. Olivier Garnier, Co-Founder, expressed enthusiasm for the merger, highlighting benefits such as expanded market solutions and enhanced cross-border reach. Following the acquisition, Stifel plans to rebrand Bryan Garnier and integrate their services seamlessly.
