Steph Moore Strengthens L&G's Real Estate Strategy as Head of Property Operations

L&G has appointed Steph Moore as the Head of Property Operations within its Asset Management division, emphasizing its committed pursuit of an industry-leading real estate strategy. Moore, who joins L&G after two decades at JLL, is set to spearhead and enhance L&G's partnerships with key property management associates and drive further advancements in their digital business-to-business platform, Vizta, dedicated to serving occupiers. Moore’s considerable experience in property management, earned predominantly as a Contract Director at JLL, where she worked closely with L&G, is anticipated to greatly bolster L&G’s real estate capabilities within its Private Markets segment. Concurrently, Mark Tyson steps down from his role as Head of Asset Services and Operations at L&G to join Bellrock as the Managing Director of Bellrocks’ Intelligent Asset Care unit but will maintain connections with L&G, supporting the partnership in his new capacity. Michael Barrie, head of Real Estate Asset Management at L&G, expresses optimism about Moore's impact, citing her as an asset set to play a pivotal role in fulfilling L&G's long-term aims for its expanding real estate initiative.
