Steffano Assicuratori, a renowned insurance brokerage company operating since 1928 and currently managed by the third generation of the Steffano family, with Marco Steffano as the sole administrator, has been integrated into Edge's operations. This acquisition is part of Edge's growth strategy, supported by the European private equity fund AnaCap, which aims to establish a leading insurance brokerage platform in Italy.
