Osborne Clarke, an international legal firm, has successfully advised Stark Software International and its shareholders, including BGF, on the sale of a minority interest to Macquarie while ensuring re-investment from BGF. Stark Software is a prominent UK-based company specializing in energy data management, analytics, and infrastructure services for the non-domestic market, striving to boost energy efficiency and facilitate energy transition across the UK. The transaction resulted in Macquarie partnering with Stark Software, where the Stark family retained the majority shareholding.
