Syclef Holding, a French company specializing in controlled refrigeration systems and backed by the private equity firm Ardian, has acquired Stanzani, an Italian company specializing in technological systems and industrial refrigeration. This acquisition is executed through Syclef Holding's subsidiary, Syclef Italia. The sellers, Maurizio and Luca Stanzani, will retain their managerial roles, now working in concert with the new majority shareholder.
