SPX Technologies has finalized its acquisition of Kranze Technology Solutions (KTS), a leader in digital interoperability and tactical networking solutions. This acquisition is set to enhance SPX's Communication Technologies platform, particularly within its Detection & Measurement segment. The integration of KTS, a significant player in the U.S. defense platform space, is anticipated to increase SPX's adjusted earnings per share for 2025 modestly. SPX will include the impact of this acquisition in its 2025 guidance during the Q4 2024 results announcement.
