This transaction will significantly enhance SPIE's capabilities in the FttX domain across Switzerland and southern Germany. SD Fiber, headquartered in Dietikon, Switzerland, specializes in deploying fiber optic networks and offers comprehensive end-to-end solutions including planning, installation, and maintenance. Additionally, the company is active in the installation of smart electric meters, which are crucial for intelligent energy consumption management.
