The legal firm CMS has provided advisory services to Solia and Vineli JSCo on the sale of their Vinely RE photovoltaic project, with a capacity of 100 megawatts, to Metka EGN Solar 5. The project is situated in the municipality of General Toshevo in Bulgaria's Dobrich region and is scheduled for operational status by 2026. The project also involves the installation of a new 33/110-kilovolt step-up substation. The CMS advisory team was composed of several specialists, including Managing Partner Kostadin Sirleshtov.
