Solarfields Finalizes Sale of Photovoltaic Project to Innovo

Solarfields, an energy group, has successfully completed the sale of a ready-to-build photovoltaic project in Civita Castellana, Lazio, to Innovo Renewables. The project, with a capacity of approximately 4.9 MW, was divested by means of transferring the entire share capital of SPV Sf Ele I. Legal advisory for the transaction was provided to Solarfields by Watson Farley & Williams, a firm specializing in energy law. The team, led by partner Luca Sfrecola with assistance from associate Francesco Vanzaghi and trainee Alice Zago, managed the legal aspects of the sale. Innovo Renewables was represented by Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, which guided the due diligence process and the negotiation of sale agreements. The legal team was led by junior partner Daniele Pompei, with support from senior associate Antonella Guetta, associate Maurizio Sirignano, and junior associate Maria Concetta Molica, under the leadership of partner Valentina Canalini. Innovo's in-house legal team included group general counsel Stefania Serena Monghini and legal manager Rebecca Perugini.
