Solarfields Finalizes Sale of Photovoltaic Project to Innovo

Solarfields, an energy group, has successfully completed the sale of a ready-to-build photovoltaic project in Civita Castellana, Lazio, to Innovo Renewables. The project, with a capacity of approximately 4.9 MW, was divested by means of transferring the entire share capital of SPV Sf Ele I.
