Montero-Aramburu and Gómez-Villares & Atencia have jointly advised Solar Ambition CF2, a subsidiary of Green Enesys Group GmbH, on a bond issuance governed by Spanish and French law. The fundraising aims to finance the acquisition and development of a series of renewable energy projects, specifically seven photovoltaic (PV) plants and two energy storage facilities, located across Spain and Italy. The projects, developed by Green Enesys Group and VIRIDI Group, collectively represent a capacity of around 230 MW. These bonds were privately placed with institutional investors in the Spanish and French markets. The advisory team was led by Jos Blanco, a partner in the capital markets practice, with support from corporate team members Roco Valdecantos, Alonso Fernández de Santaella, Miguel Cuesta, and Rebeca Cuesta.
