The merger combines two significant players in the industry, promising enhanced global reach and customer value. Co-CEOs Raphael Erb and Melissa Mulholland emphasized the ready state of both companies for Day 1 of this integration, highlighting their global teams, expertise, and hyperscaler partnerships. With a collective revenue of CHF 1.6 billion and operations in over 70 countries, the combined entity is positioned as a formidable partner to customers and vendors worldwide. Microsoft, a key partner, praised the union for the expanded offerings it will bring to shared customers.
