Dentons and A&O Shearman have provided legal advisory services on the sale of the Sofitel Grand Sopot hotel in Poland to Sinfam Investments. The Sofitel Grand Sopot, with almost a century of prestigious history, will continue to be operated by the Accor Group, even after transfer of ownership from Orbis, part of AccorInvest, to Sinfam Investments, a company known for investing in premium hotel properties. The iconic hotel, situated on Sopot beach near Europe's longest wooden pier, offers guests exclusive amenities including a private beach and garden, along with 126 rooms and suites. Previous to this transaction, Dentons was involved in Orbis' business separation and sale to Accor Hotel Group.
