Snaitech: Regulatory Approval Secured by Flutter for Acquisition in Italy

Flutter Entertainment, a top global online sports betting and iGaming operator, has obtained the necessary regulatory approvals to proceed with its acquisition of Snaitech S.p.A., a major Italian omni-channel operator. This strategic acquisition aligns with Flutter's vision to secure leadership roles within lucrative international markets by introducing market-leading products and capitalizing on growth opportunities within Europe's largest regulated market. Flutter aims to integrate Snai to strengthen its foothold in Italy. This transaction, valued at an enterprise value of €2.3 billion, will be finalized by the end of April 2025, with updates to be included in Flutter's Q1 results. Flutter maintains a global industry leading position, holding $14,048 million of revenue globally for 2024, up 19% year-on-year.
