Consequently, Smart Capital now holds 100% ownership of Smart Ala, a club deal vehicle focused on supporting the stock market listing of Ala, a company that distributes components and equipment for civil and military aviation, along with integrated logistics services for the rail, energy, and maritime sectors. With this move, Smart Capital seeks to forge a stronger presence in a renowned Italian enterprise, holding a 4.542% stake in Ala's social capital. The transaction is aligned with Smart Capital's long-term growth strategy for Ala and follows plans to simplify Smart Ala's corporate structure.
