Skyline Expands to 1,404km with Strategic Acquisition in Brazil

Actis, an eminent growth markets investor in sustainable infrastructure, has recently augmented its Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2 (ALLIF2) Brazilian electricity transmission platform, Skyline, through acquiring two sets of assets, valued at US$524 million. This acquisition comprises a 435km transmission line in Santa Catarina and two assets acquired from Vinci Partners - a 112km transmission line in Rio Grande do Sul and a substation in Minas Gerais. With these acquisitions, Skyline has expanded from two to five assets, increasing the platform's operational transmission line's total length from 857km to 1,404km.
