Sixth Street Partners and Copley Point Capital Limited have completed the acquisition of a logistics asset portfolio totalling 0.9 million square feet from National Farmers Union Mutual Insurance Society. This acquisition, adding to their existing joint ventures portfolio, marks an increase to six assets across 2.5 million square feet. With the inclusion, the joint venture continues to focus on high-quality, mission-critical industrial real estate, emphasizing core logistics markets within the United Kingdom. Among the acquired assets, two located in Magna Park, Lutterworth, are leased to Fowler Welch and Great Bear, while the third is leased to Amazon in Doncaster. Copley Point's Managing Director, Guillaume Savoie-Coulonval, expressed enthusiasm over the increase in their high-quality portfolio. Furthermore, BSBRE served as the advising entity for the seller.
