This acquisition marks Sipral Padana's expansion into the cruise and HoReCa sectors, aligning with its strategy to diversify and enhance its product portfolio in the food ingredients sector. The company projects surpassing €65 million in consolidated revenue with an EBITDA of over €12 million by 2024. This move follows the acquisitions of Casa della Mandorla and Marcagel. Areté, an Italian M&A advisory firm specializing in the agri-food sector, advised Effedue during the sale, emphasizing a strategic and growth-oriented approach.
