The German company Huesker Synthetic has acquired 100% of the share capital of Sineco International. Sineco, known for its 3D monofilament thermoplastic technologies in drainage and soil consolidation, among other areas, will continue to operate under the Huesker umbrella. The acquisition involved several key legal and financial advisors. Greco Vitali Associati Studio Legale and Arkios Italy advised the Siniscalco family, the sellers, while Berner Fleck Wettich and Ughi e Nunziante provided legal counsel to Huesker. The Siniscalco family, including the founder and his son, will continue managing Sineco alongside Stefan Heisterkamp of Huesker.
