Quadrivio Group's Silver Economy Fund, along with co-investors, successfully acquired 100% of Medical International Research (Mir), a company specializing in spirometry. The shares were purchased from the previous owners: Aksia sgr, Overseas Industries, Giovanni Carlino, founder Siro Brugnoli, and the management team, all represented by Giliberti Triscornia e associati. Legal representation for Silver Economy Fund was provided by Chiomenti and Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici. Co-investors Turenne Santé, Eurazeo, BNP Paribas BNL Equity Investments, Entheos, and Muzinich participated, with assistance from respective law firms. Notarial aspects were managed by Znr Notai. Roberta Di Pinto and Adriano Mencarini, recently appointed CEO and CTO of Mir, also reinvested. This acquisition strengthens Quadrivio's presence in the healthcare sector.
