Siléane Acquired by Motion Equity Partners for Majority Stake

Motion Equity Partners has secured a majority stake in Siléane Group, a leader in intelligent robotic solutions, through a collaborative acquisition with the company's founder, Hervé Henry, and the management team. Established in 2002, Siléane specializes in advanced robotic applications across several sectors, including pharmaceuticals, food, and nuclear dismantling, utilizing proprietary technology in vision and AI. With consistent investment in R&D, Siléane allocates around 10% of its revenue annually to this area, facilitating technological advancements and market expansion. The group has expanded geographically and technically by opening new sites in France and acquiring other companies since 2020. Motion Equity Partners plans to leverage Siléane's existing portfolio of approximately 200 clients to foster growth, especially in regulated sectors, and to address labor shortages and safety improvements. The partnership is intended to propel Siléane’s international growth strategy and elevate its status as a leader in European robotics.
