Sienna Private Equity has announced the launch of Ateliers Veneti, a collaborative platform bringing together three leading manufacturing companies in Veneto: Prima, One Company, and Vicenza Mode. With support from Sienna Private Equity, the initiative aims to enhance the high-end manufacturing landscape by merging expertise, craftsmanship, and innovation. Legal, business, and financial advisors including BonelliErede, Bain&Co, PwC Italia, Di Tanno, Arcadis, and Ethica Group have been involved in due diligence processes. Ateliers Veneti will serve international brands, leveraging over 30 years of combined experience and three strategically located production sites in Northern Italy. The founders, Marco Murarotto, Marco Dalla Rovere, and Riccardo Garbossa, are set to lead the venture, supported by Sienna Private Equity's commitment to ethical and sustainable growth.
