In a strategic acquisition, Siena Imaging, an Italian company specializing in bio-medical imaging, has acquired Miac, a Swiss company focused on developing innovative solutions in clinical imaging. PwC TLS, a renowned law and consultancy firm, provided extensive legal and financial advice to Siena Imaging throughout the transaction.
