Siban Peosa Acquired by Talde and Orza for Majority Stake

Talde Private Equity, a leading Basque Private Equity group, along with Orza Gestión y Tenencia de Patrimonios, has acquired a majority stake in Siban Peosa. Siban Peosa is a prominent player in the manufacture of rubber conveyor belts for industrial use, servicing sectors such as mining, construction, and food. Headquartered in Gallarta, Bizkaia, Siban Peosa boasts a strong international footprint, with more than 75% of its sales exported to 86 countries. Under the new ownership, the founding family will remain as shareholders and continue to lead the company, ensuring continuity in its growth and internationalization strategy. The acquisition marks Talde's sixth investment under the Talde Capital Crecimiento II fund, aligning with its strategy to invest in companies with high growth potential. Talde has a history of investing in diverse sectors, having previously managed transactions involving logistics, online commerce, space technology, and food.
