Shenandoah, operating from Pompano Beach, Florida, specializes in underground infrastructure services, engaging primarily in sanitary and stormwater pipe cleaning, inspection, and rehabilitation offers. Pro-Pipe, with deep roots in the Southwest U.S., enhances Shenandoah’s geographic scope, specifically adding cross-bore inspection services to its repertoire.
