Seventeen: IK Partners Acquires Minority Stake in UK's Seventeen Group

IK Partners has announced an agreement to acquire a minority stake in Seventeen Group, a prominent UK-based insurance and risk management organization. This marks IK Partners' debut investment in the UK's insurance market, building on their robust track record in Europe. Seventeen Group, founded in 1982 and headquartered in London, includes James Hallam, Touchstone, and London Re, and manages around £400 million in premiums across 25 offices. This investment signifies a crucial step in Seventeen's journey, aiming to accelerate growth and technology integration under IK's backing. Paul Turner and Paul Anscombe of Seventeen expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership, noting IK's alignment with their independent business strategy. IK's Adrian Tanski anticipates a fruitful collaboration, highlighting Seventeen's potential for development and consolidation.
