Sev.en Completes Acquisition of Celsa Steel Companies in UK and Nordic

Sev.en Global Investments has completed its acquisition of two major steel companies, Celsa Nordic and Celsa Steel UK. This move marks its entry into the circular steel industry, aligning with its strategy to diversify into new sectors. The companies have been rebranded under the new entity, 7 Steel, covering both UK and Nordic operations. With an annual production capacity of 2 million tonnes, these companies are now positioned as key players in sustainable and low-carbon steel production. Sev.en Global, led by CEO Alan Svoboda, emphasizes its commitment to environmental responsibility, leveraging recycled materials in electric arc furnaces to reduce carbon emissions. The acquired companies play essential roles in the circular economy within the construction, shipbuilding, railway, and wind energy sectors.
