This funding aims to bolster Semeris’s sales capabilities and expand its platform, driven by increasing demand for generative AI in structured finance. The company is known for enhancing legal document analysis by integrating large language models with human expertise, especially in the areas of debt and structured finance. Notably, several top CLO law firms utilize their solutions for market analysis and drafting. CEO Peter Jasko expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with Puma Growth Partners, highlighting plans to extend beyond current offerings to cover more asset classes and document types, such as credit agreements in leveraged loans.
