Sekoia.io Secures €26 Million in Series B for Cybersecurity Expansion

Sekoia.io, a specialized cybersecurity technology company, has successfully raised €26 million in a Series B funding round. The investment, led by Revaia with participation from UNEXO and existing investors such as Omnes Capital, Bright Pixel Capital, and Bpifrance, aims to enhance Sekoia.io's offerings in AI-driven cybersecurity. This funding will boost their ambition to expand internationally and democratize access to cybersecurity through their AI-SOC platform. The platform aims to automate threat detection and response, drastically reducing incident response times and improving productivity within Security Operations Centers (SOC). The growing focus on automated security solutions aligns with the rapid changes in the cybersecurity market, especially given rising threats and regulatory developments such as Europe's NIS2 directive. The fundraising also aligns with the company's strategy to target the growing MSSP market projected to reach $52.9 billion by 2028. By doing so, Sekoia.io plans to fortify its market presence, cultivate international relationships and recruit more service partners to be drivers of future growth. This expansion vision is supported by strong existing partnerships with major entities such as EDF, Vinci, and the French Ministry of Armed Forces.
