This strategic acquisition enables Sedna to expand its UK footprint with a new office in Middlesbrough, where it aims to harness the rich talent pool in Northern England. The integration of Flytta's customs automation technology into Sedna's AI solutions aims to streamline operations for major clients, enhancing communication and efficiency solutions in global trade. Sedna's chief executive, Bill Dobie, expressed excitement about the expansion and the company's mission to innovate AI-driven solutions in collaboration with new team members, including Flytta's co-founders, Alan Appleyard and Owain Brennan.
