Ninatrans, a Belgian logistics company with a longstanding reputation for excellence in national and international transport, has completed its acquisition of Sealog, a Spanish company specializing in international automotive sector transport across Central Europe. This strategic acquisition is in line with Ninatrans expansion strategy, aimed at strengthening its presence in Southern Europe and enhancing its market position through a bolstered logistics network. The acquisition will leverage Sealog’s infrastructure, including a fleet of tractors and trailers, as well as a 2,000m warehouse with cross-dock facilities, thereby unlocking new growth avenues for Ninatrans.
