Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Schweiter Technologies on the divestment of its Bus & Rail business unit to financial investor Hypax. Schweiter, a Swiss composite materials company, decided to part with this non-core unit, which employs around 300 people across Switzerland and Poland. Hypax, an investment firm based in Berlin and London, specializes in corporate carve-outs and operational improvements.
